Job Description
Requirement / Qualifications :
SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business or Computer/IT Studies
Experience in related field, Security System Industry added advantageously
Able to work independently & multi-tasking.
Computer literate
Job Responsibilities :
Support customers over the phone, online or face-to-face, to assist on set up systems or
resolve issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Provide training and up to date information & solution to customers.
Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
provided.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Salary & Benefits :
Salary Range: RM 2500 to RM 4000

1 Pax @ Kuching, Location: Jalan Ang Cheng Ho
1 Pax @ Miri, Location: Boulevard Commercial Center
Working Hours : From 8 am to 5pm
Working Days : Full day from Monday to Friday, Saturday 8-12.30pm
