• Install, test, monitor, upgrade or maintain the infrastructure, desktop and laptop as well as software/hardware
• Maintain and manage overall company software, desktop and laptops inventory, replacement and maintenance or renewal schedule
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any IT related issue
• IT sourcing, purchasing and licensing
• Perform security check periodically and recommend to management on system improvement when necessary
• Maintain security and confidentiality of company database information
• Support IT function on a daily operational basis and ensuring system and networking is in optimal performance
• Provide guidance to users to operate new software and hardware

Requirements:Qualification:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Operating System
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft excel and words
• Good in IT hardware diagnostic and problem solving skills
