POSITION SUMMARY Maintain the Company\'s Information Systems to assure the development and implementation of data processing, computer operations, and related functions (communications, office systems, production activities, etc.) RRC CORE VALUES Must understand and personify RRC\xe2\x80\x99s core values:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintain computer systems and network technologies in RRC
  • Work with other IT specialists to install hardware and software for RRC employees
  • Handle IT requests/support tickets and troubleshoot computer issues
  • Update malware protection, secure devices, prevent viruses and computer hacking
  • Organize IT documentation, update the specification and perform inventory control
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve any issues, inquire about new services
  • Maintains awareness of changing trends and regulations and acts as required
  • Adheres to configuration and performance standards. Implements and monitors controls to ensure such maintenance. Maintain a Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Ensures technology utilization providing a fast, accurate, and secure method to access information in a highly efficient and effective manner. Ensures service support in a professiocontrolnal, courteous, and timely manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field
  • Extensive experience in Local and Wide Area Networks
  • Extensive experience with personal computers and software applications
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • At least 2 years of experience with tier\xe2\x80\x901 technical support or relevant work experience
  • Experience with remote management of company computers and servers
  • Strong understanding of network security groups and user account/profile
  • Familiar with various Microsoft products such as Hyper\xe2\x80\x90V, Remote Desktop, Office 365 licensing, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
