to join our team at QOSMO International School, Petaling Jaya. This role requires a combination of IT troubleshooting skills and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues raised by staff or customers
Maintain and manage IT assets and system inventory
Perform basic IT support tasks including setting up devices, printers, projectors, etc.
Respond to system errors and ensure minimal downtime
Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including follow-ups with customers and vendors
Manage office inventory and liaise with vendors for office supplies
Organize appointments, schedule meetings, and handle school correspondence
Maintain and update school/company records and documentation
Operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia tools
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT, Office Administration, or related field
Basic IT knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)
Good communication skills in
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools
Able to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in school or education setting is an advantage
