Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and meet contractual KPIs
Clarify and understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
Handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically
Maintain knowledge of client products/services and document all customer interactions accurately
Offer additional products/services where applicable
Work collaboratively to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum
Diploma/Degree
in
Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
Good command of English (B1/B2 proficiency) and fluent in Mandarin
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team player
