KL Sentral, MalaysiaWorking Hours:

Deliver exceptional customer service and meet contractual KPIs Clarify and understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions Handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically Maintain knowledge of client products/services and document all customer interactions accurately Offer additional products/services where applicable Work collaboratively to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance

Minimum
Diploma/Degree
inComputer Science, IT, or Engineering
