RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for IT Services within the global Collaboration team, applications of focus include but are not limited to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing (\xe2\x80\x9cTeams Telephony\xe2\x80\x9d) & Contact Center solution
  • Perform 3rd and 2nd Level support and troubleshooting for the Collaboration Team
  • Perform 2nd Level Telephony User Management
  • Drive continuous improvement processes of existing IT Services and contribute to the implementation of new IT Services for the Collaboration Team
  • Find workarounds for incidents, drive Root-Cause-Analysis for problems, derive and implement solutions
  • Perform (on-site) troubleshooting
  • Manage and liaise with IT Providers
  • Perform user trainings and promote utilization of Microsoft 365 and collaboration applications
  • Drive multinational and cross functional collaboration & communication
  • Remain up to date on modern technologies and vendor innovations to reduce technology costs and increase efficiencies
  • Willing to travel occasionally when required (Regional & International)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 implementation, support and administration, especially in Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
  • Experience in (Cloud) Contact Center solutions (Unify, Amazon, others)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting is desired
  • Experience with Micro Focus Service Management Automation X (SMAX) will be an advantage
  • Experience with Computer networks (LAN, WAN, etc.) will be an advantage
  • This position requires an open minded, highly adaptable, self-directed, motivated, and inquisitive individual, who is analytical and capable of \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d thinking. Ability to perceive the importance of IT solutions to the business, with an in-depth knowledge of corporate and technical standards and policies.
  • This position will be integrated into the global support organization. Work must be coordinated with other disciplines, regionally and worldwide.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to interact with global colleagues (i.e., early or late meetings).
  • Willing to work under challenges which include working under pressure of project deadlines, keeping up with ever-changing technology, integrating diverse systems and working with colleagues from different cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Can work both independently, and together within a team.
  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of the ITIL process.
