Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network systems. Provide technical support for computer systems, application, ERP software, and hardware. Perform regular security monitoring to ensure data and network safety. Assist in purchasing and setting up hardware for new hires and replacing faulty equipment. Collaborate closely with Global IT to align with global standards and requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, including inventory and license records. Support application software as needed and agreed upon. Carry out other IT-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Understanding of network systems and Wi-Fi. Familiarity with iOS devices. Proficiency in Microsoft OS (Server and Client), Microsoft Intune, Azure, Hyper-V/VMware, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
