SUMMARY

• We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Systems Analyst to design, implement, and support business systems -- with a focus on Odoo ERP, website management, business automation, product information systems, internal IT support, and IoT infrastructure.
• You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation, migration, and ongoing customization of Odoo ERP.
• Utilize Odoo Studio for no-code/low-code configurations and workflows.
• Design and maintain data models, dashboards(preferably using Power BI), and custom reports based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third-party vendors or internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain and support the corporate website built on WordPress.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to implement updates or changes.
• Product Information Management System (PIMs) & Automation
• Work with Make (Integromat) and Knack to maintain automated workflows across platforms.
• Understand and develop RESTful API integrations between systems.
• Build and maintain lightweight internal tools or integrations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to internal users across macOS and Windows environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other SaaS-based platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, ensure endpoint compliance, and oversee regular updates.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and assist in compliance audits or procedures as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience with demonstrable skills and certifications may be considered.
• Strong experience with Odoo (Enterprise or Community Edition).
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Looker Studio
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio and Odoo module development/customization.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation tools like Make (Integromat).
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of networking, OS-level troubleshooting, and security basics.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Microsoft MD-100: Windows Client
• Any Odoo certification (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Well-organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow design, especially in the manufacturing and supply industry.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
