Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferable candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What You Will Be Doing:
Asset Lifecycle Management
Lead planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of IT assets.
Ensure accurate updates in ServiceNow and SAM Pro throughout the asset lifecycle.
Coordinate secure data wiping and compliant disposal of retired assets.
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Manage physical lifecycle of laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment, and mobile devices.
Track ownership, location, and status of assets.
Plan and execute hardware refresh cycles.
Enforce policies for issuance, use, and return.
Coordinate repairs, warranty support, and spare inventory.
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Govern software lifecycles from request to deactivation.
Maintain license records, monitor usage, and optimize entitlements.
Ensure compliance with licensing terms and audit readiness.
Support renewals and reharvesting of unused licenses.
Inventory & Tracking
Maintain real-time records using ServiceNow/SAM Pro and MECM.
Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Track assets by user, department, location, and operational status.
Financial Management
Monitor CapEx and OpEx related to IT assets.
Forecast renewals and replacements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through reharvesting and optimization.
Compliance & Risk Governance
Ensure alignment with SOX and internal policies.
Mitigate risks related to unauthorized usage, data security, and audit exposure.
Support internal and vendor audits with complete documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver dashboards and reports on asset utilization, lifecycle status, warranty, and refresh planning.
Provide insights for strategic decision-making and budget forecasting.
Vendor Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with hardware and software vendors.
Track SLAs, warranty terms, and support effectiveness.
Facilitate procurement and escalation processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Procurement, Finance, and end users.
Coordinate asset assignments, returns, and offboarding processes.
Hardware & Software Vetting
Review and validate new asset requests for duplication, compliance, and business justification.
Work with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, Legal, and Procurement for thorough assessments.
