Role: IT Talent Acquisition Job Type: 12 Months contract \xe2\x80\x93 extendable as soon as possible Job Location: KL Sentral Working Mode: On Site Experience: More than 2 years of experience in recruitment Only Local Malaysian preferred JOB DESCRIPTION \xc2\xb7 We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition to join our team. \xc2\xb7 Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. \xc2\xb7 Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Write and post technical job descriptions \xc2\xb7 Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github \xc2\xb7 Analyse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes \xc2\xb7 Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants\xe2\x80\x99 abilities \xc2\xb7 Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions) \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with IT team leaders to aligned with department goals and hiring needs \xc2\xb7 Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates \xc2\xb7 Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements \xc2\xb7 Keep up to date with new technological trends and products REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as an IT Talent Acquisition for 2 years \xc2\xb7 Experienced with various interview formats (e.g., phone, online, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English \xc2\xb7 Diploma OR BSc in Human Resources Management, IT OR relevant degree About Skill Quotient Resources Sdn Bhd Skill Quotient is an innovative IT company working on cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning, Big Data, Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), ERP, CRM & BI (Microsoft/ Sales Force/SAP). https://skillquotient.net/ Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
