INSCALE Malaysia is expanding and looking for a high-energy, driven, and resilient Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic headhunting team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to closing roles with international clients.
Understand the Software Development Lifecycle, programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
Source candidates through various channels (Boolean search, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Assess both technical and soft skills to ensure strong candidate-client fit.
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their hiring journey.
Continuously improve recruitment and evaluation processes.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have a combination of the following skills & experience:
At least 4 years of experience in active headhunting of IT professionals (either in-house or agency experience is welcome)
Proven experience in stakeholder and/or candidate management
Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek.com, and others
Ability to define both the technical and soft skills required for a position
Ability to assess a candidate's competencies and match them to the role
Basic understanding of development platforms and common IT terminology
Soft Skills:
Strong Communication skills - both verbal and written
Self-starter who can work well autonomously and ability to build rapport and establish relationship
Positive energy, open-mindedness and strong proactive attitude
Ability to work within a diverse team environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to organize, coordinate and execute short/long term projects
Education
You have a minimum of BSc in IT/ Engineering or a recognized Degree in another field.
