Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

Requirements :
Diploma, Bachelor Degree IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
At least 1 - 3 years related working experiences
Basic knowledge of MDM, MAM. Azure AD
Understanding Windows Server/Clients. Android, IOS
Knowledge of Active Directory (Entra ID)
Understanding of basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tools like EventViewer, Task manager and command line tools
Basic Knowledge and understanding on DNS , DHCP and basic TCP/IP communication
Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.
