Job Description

Role : Technical Engineer / Specialist

Language : Mandarin + English

Type : Permanent

Working Days : Mon-Fri (PH requires to work with RL compensation given)

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm ( Sat and Sun OFF)

Work Location: : KL Sentral, Nu tower 2 (On-site)

Job Scope :



Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required. Experience in the enterprise customer arena Face-to-face customer engagement skills Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Troubleshooting knowledge & skills Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations

Requirements :



Diploma, Bachelor Degree IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field At least 1 - 3 years related working experiences In-depth knowledge of identity and access management mechanisms in 365 environments. Expertise in managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and familiarity with the integration of client-related services. Azure AD: Proficient in Azure Active Directory, including User Provisioning, Group Management, and o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Familiar with OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect, which are common security protocols used in client-Platform.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
