We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, technical operations, and service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and high-quality IT services, leading the technical team, and meeting service level expectations to support business and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, hardware, and software
Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to IT engineers and support team
Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and ensure SLA and KPI targets are met
Act as escalation point for critical technical and service delivery issues
Ensure system availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery
Plan and manage IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement in service quality
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and service management best practices
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
Manage IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation
Provide reliable IT support to internal users and customers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
