• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
• Have knowledge of IT Equipment.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
• Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
• Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
• Have knowledge in installation and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, etc.
• Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.

Based at:

• 1. ZON UTARA (PERAK, PULAU PINANG, KEDAH & PERLIS)
• 2. ZON TIMUR (PAHANG)
• 3. ZON SELATAN (NEGERI SEMBILAN, MELAKA & JOHOR)
