- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
- Have knowledge of IT Equipment.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
- Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
- Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
- Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply
- Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
- Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks
- Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.
- Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system and applications.
- Provide IT support to users.
- Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).
