Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
• Have knowledge of IT Equipment.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
• Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
• Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
• Fresh graduate with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Setup, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems and networks
• Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.
• Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system and applications.
• Provide IT support to users.
• Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).

1. SARAWAK
2. ZON TIMUR (KELANTAN)
3. ZON SELATAN (JOHOR)
4. ZON UTARA (PERLIS & PULAU PINANG)
