At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Office 365, Firewall and network/communication infrastructure.
Cloud deployment and maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
This position will focus more on IT Network & Infrastructure support where this position will be responsible in managing the company\'s IT Infrastructure - Windows Servers, Firewall, AV setup, Domain controllers, backup, VMware technologies & others. Aside than that, this position also provides general support for emails, walk-in, and inbound phone calls from end users within the company. Support includes password resets for various applications, documenting incidents or fulfillment requests for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Responsible for the daily helpdesk technical support of the company and the installation of PC operating system and common office software. Perform routine maintenance and provide technical support and advice to users on IT solutions to reduce the recurring problems;
Responsible for the management, maintenance and daily inspection of the company\'s server room, related network equipment (router, core switch, AC/AD) and server;
Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company\'s network, optimization of the company\'s wifi signal, and guarantee the normal operation of the staff\'s office network;
Responsible for VPN construction, management and maintenance between the company and the headquarters and local offices;
Responsible for the management, maintenance and routine inspection of conference room/TEAM conference equipment /PC/ printer/projector/TV/attendance machine/phone /AP/monitoring equipment to ensure normal use;
Responsible for the company\'s IT fixed assets procurement, management record, maintain and update inventory of equipment and software licenses collaboration with others team members to help to develop automation strategies and find new ways to deliver excellent IT services;
Responsible for the management and maintenance of domain accounts and entrance guard authority, and regularly check the permissions of various accounts;
Installing and configure software, computer hardware, operating systems and other applications;
