Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in clients\xe2\x80\x99 computer systems.
PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
Perform onsite service at clients\' locations as and when required.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting, System Administration and Networking.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
Possess a valid driving license.
