  • Assist and ensure the day-to-day operational support of IT infrastructure, network system, and end-users issues including implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring & maintenance
  • Troubleshooting system, apps, and network issues
  • Work together with the Technical Support team in troubleshooting product issues reported by clients.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving network, hardware, and software issues or faults, and liaising with external IT vendors from time to time.
  • Prioritize and manage open tickets \xe2\x80\x93 support level
  • Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports and daily support to internal and external clients
  • Manage and monitor all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, network, and networking equipment that are in operable condition.
  • Administration of user rights to access applications and hardware resources within the organization.
  • Day-to-day systems administration, management of network and internet traffic, systems security, disaster recovery, systems backup, and maintenance.
  • Maintain, develop, and follow proper system procedures, guidelines, and documentation to achieve systematic and consistent operations.
  • Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Employer / Head of the Department
Technical Skills / Must Have
  • Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backups, and monitoring.
  • Basic network and server knowledge
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, willingness to learn, and development in both areas of technical and soft skills.
  • Added advantages to having a comprehensive background in patching and Server administration are the following: Windows Server Operating Systems, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Linux.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
  • Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backups, and monitoring
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • The candidate must be able to work in a team and independently when required
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills. Well verse in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to work in Putrajaya & travel around Putrajaya (if required)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
