Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Electonic Engineering or related field. Must have 2 - 3 years working experience in IT related field. Preference to have working experience and knowledge in any of the following field; Robotics Technology, LED display technology, interactive display technology, audio visual system, public address system, CCTV, and etc. Good working knowledge and understanding of hardware and software, basic computer programming and Microsoft server will be an added advantage. Well versed with Microsoft and Macintosh OS. Good language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken. Ability to conduct presentation, demonstration and training for IT related products would be an added advantage. Willing to travel outstation when required. Must possess class B2 & D driving license and own car or motorcycle for transportation. Possess a GDL driving license will be an added advantage. Candidates living around Taman Melawati, Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa, Keramat, Gombak, Ulu Klang, Ampang will be an added advantage.

Responsibility

To assist in AV/IT/Robotics system installation works for project implementation at site including cabling, software integration, setup, configure, test & train. To perform a trial test and evaluate application software for new AV/IT/Robotics products. Ability to troubleshoot & diagnose IT hardware, software & fix problems. To assist helpdesk for after-sales-service matters. To undertake detailed evaluation on new AV/IT/Robotics products and its functionalities and suitability for use in local market. To prepare simple technical manual for product and services. To assist in the demonstration and training on product application both hardware & software. To understand customer needs, analyse and present to the customer with appropriate solutions. To prepare technical specification and sales quotation. To assist in exhibition, convention and other marketing events. To continuously upgrade technical knowledge in AV/IT/Robotics related technologies

Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and good interpersonal skills. Well organized. Able to work under pressure. Have analytical skills. Able to translate technical jargon for non-IT audience. Possess good public speaking and presentation skill. Good typing skills will be an advantage. Able to multi-tasking. Able to work independently.
