Physical Setup & Deployment: Manual formatting of laptops, physical badge/laptop preparation for new hires, and deploying software.
Routine Maintenance: Conducting physical inventory stock counts and basic documentation filing.
Operation Involvement: Following standard procedures to troubleshoot printers, scanners, and deskphones.
Remote Execution: Executing setup instructions for remote users, including the China offices.
Requirements :
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science or IT (perferably with 1 year working experience)
Able to understand Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
