Key responsibilities
Installation and configuration:
Set up and configure computer hardware, software, and operating systems.Troubleshooting and repair:
Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, including repairs or replacements.User support:
Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving problems with computers, printers, and other peripherals.Network management:
Set up, maintain, and secure computer networks, which may include performing upgrades to firewalls.System maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance, run performance checks, and conduct data backups to ensure system reliability.Documentation and inventory:
Maintain technical documentation and keep track of hardware and software assets.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,979.40 per month
