Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain and monitor networks, servers, and security systems.
Support users with system issues, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance, backups, and system updates.
Document IT support activities, solutions, and asset inventory.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, MS Office, and common business applications.
Hands-on experience with networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and switches.
Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support solutions.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Possession of own transport and willingness to travel if required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
