Requirements

• Diploma in IT or Professional Certificate
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong problemsolving skills
• Able to work independently
• Good discipline and work attitude
• Preferably 1 year experience in IT support for Junior
• Preferably 2 to 3 years experiences in IT support for Senior
• Possess own motorbike
• Willing to relocate to stay in Puchong
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia would have an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairing hardware
• Troubleshoot computers, notebook and printers
• Strong knowledge on hardware
• Provide full support and solving computer and networking problems
• Basic skill in handling customers

• Salary range = RM 1,800 to RM 2,500
