Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, diagnosing issues and implementing
solutions promptly.
Provide technical guidance and instructions to end-users on resolving common IT-related issues
independently.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems, applications, and tools
eectively and securely.
