Job Description

Responsibilities:

IT systems & network support

- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

Technical troubleshooting

- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, providing both on-site and remote assistance to users.

System maintenance & security

- Carry out system updates, upgrades, and patching; ensure antivirus, firewall, and data backup systems are properly maintained.

IT documentation

- Keep accurate records of IT assets, system settings, technical issues, and resolutions for tracking and compliance purposes.

Inter-department collaboration

- Liaise with various departments to understand technical requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions.

Process improvement

- Evaluate and propose new technologies, tools, or systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when necessary. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with Mandarin skills required to support Mandarin-speaking users. Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
