System, network & application administration if any at site level: -Configuration management -Domain server, Exchange server, File server, Print server, Backup server and etc. -System & network security control & virus defense 3. PBX System management and maintenance if any at site level. 4. Support for special systems like the VoIP, WebEx etc. as the front-line 5. System & data backup 6. Responsible for incident & problem tracker 7. Fix assets management and distribution at site. 8. Technical and operation manual documentation 9. To finish other task of supervisor arrangement.
