Able to manage, maintain, and support kiosk software systems and have
experience with kiosk interfaces, embedded systems, payment integrations, and
remote monitoring tools. This role involves both hardware and software
troubleshooting, installation, and ensuring smooth operation of self-service car
wash kiosks.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Install, configure, and maintain kiosk-based software and hardware in car wash machines.
2) Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of kiosks via
remote management tools.
3)Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to kiosks, including
payment processing, touchscreens, and network connections.
Requirements:
a) Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
b) Strong understanding of Windows/Linux-based kiosk software,
touchscreen interfaces, and networking protocols.
1-3 years of experience in maintenance or technician roles
Familiarity with IoT devices, industrial control systems, or automated machinery & supporting kiosk or embedded systems in field environments.
Proficiency with PLC configuration, controller troubleshooting, power electronics.
Skills Required
Knowledge of remote desktop, VPN, and network monitoring tools (e.g., TeamViewer, VNC, Nagios).
Understanding of payment systems (NFC, EMV, credit card terminals) and integration with kiosk platforms.
