Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems
Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline
Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices
Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc.
A responsible, aggressive & analytical with good-attitude
Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or related fields of study.
Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
