Job Description

• male or female possess their own transport, able to work at the customer and partner or project site for meetings, support upon making appointments with the customer and partner in advance.
• scope of duties involved advising customers and partners for the enterprise ICT solutions (software, hardware) and product we carry, assisting them on their requirements and project technical quote, proposal, follow with the professional services such as project deployment, installation, system documentation, training and post maintenance support for incident or onsite support.
• candidate require to have existing working knowledge to carry out similar work before or possess at least IT/computer science related diploma/degree
• normal 5 work day per week, 9am to 6pm office work (most of the time will be in office, unless you have an appointment to be onsite at the customer/project site)
• full time job, EPF, SOCSO, mileage, toll and parking business expense claim entitlement.
• the job provide on the job training to onboarding new employee to familiar how to carry out the duties and work
• involved in office routine like make technical write up, software evaluation and demo, and sharing how to use company represented software to the customers and partners, troubleshooting support request case
• the office work location is at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, encourage stay nearby or within reasonable distance only candidate to apply
• typical pay range for diploma 2 year is RM 1650+ EPF, SOCSO, EIS employer contribution, confirmed employee plus parking allowance and enrolment into incentive scheme; degree 2 year is RM 1850+ EPF, SOCSO, EIS employer contribution, confirmed employee plus parking allowance and enrolment into incentive scheme.
