Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional certificate in computer science/ Information Technology or higher.
At least 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of basic networking principles.
Strong knowledge in Window OS, PC hardware/ software installation and maintenance.
Good discipline & work attitude. Team player & willing to learn new things
Able to handle complaints and clients in polite & professional manner.
Knowledge in IT SALES & Fluent in Mandarin would be extra advantages.
Able to travel & possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to PC, operating system, application software and networks.
Perform hardware & software installation, basic configuration, account resets and reinstall, product recommendation and how-to tips.
To maintain PC hardware/software and provide solutions for technical issues.
