Accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from ideation to RFS while proactively communicate and collaborates with stakeholders, ISD, business users and vendors throughout project implementation and also follow up on post production issue within the stabilization period. Responsible for handling change request and projects in multiple areas involving Customer Engagement, Sales, Contact Center and Mobile Applications Involve and participate in Requirement clarifications, Solutioning, Testing and Production Support Provide solutions and/or recommendation options and analytical skills for the requirement/problem statements Recommend workaround to meet business requirement Take up extra responsibilities when and as needed to support the team Manage and work together as a team Job Requirements Minimum Degree / Master\'s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent. Minimum 7-9 years of relevant working experience in the Telco industry. Independently work and self-learn while seeking guidance from relevant parties. Demonstrate good communication and good self conduct and relationship with all parties. Support business growth of the CDS Team.
