Key Skills-
Experience in SaaS procurement, IT vendor management, and contract negotiation.Collaboration platforms (Microsoft O365, Lark, or equivalent).- Review existing Microsoft licensing contracts, pricing, renewal terms, and exit clauses.
Assess current utilization vs. subscription levels to identify under/over-licensing.Map out hidden or indirect costs (support, storage, training, compliance).
Compare Lark's offerings (pricing, licensing models, SLAs, support) with Microsoft and other potential alternatives.Develop a 3-5 year TCO model covering both platforms.3.3 Contractual & Risk Review
Analyze Lark's draft commercial and contractual terms.Review key areas: SLA, uptime, data residency, compliance, liability, and exit clauses.
Identify potential risks in adopting Lark and outline mitigation strategies.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
