About the Role
The main objective is to build out a new reliable IT Asset Management and Configuration management processes well embedded across the entire organization. As a part of the IT Asset Management team, you will define, sponsorship and constantly improve the new End-2-End state of art processes for HAM, SAM and CM practice, push them forward towards a state in which we could rely on them for the entire lifecycle for all SWIFT\'s assets and configuration data across all environments.

What to expect:

• Drive the definition and implementation across entire company of the end-2-end processes covering full asset life cycle from planning till final disposal
• Closely work with the ITAM team to detailed every step of each process, link them to the existing workflows by that helping to bring those processes towards the excellent level of maturity
• Take end-to-end accountability for our Process, including ensuring all processes are reviewed, updated and published per the defined review period and process ownership is maintained
• Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of the process and its metrics
• Administer key processes and procedures within our team, including generating and publishing required reports, and multiple reports and other statistics upon demand
• Contribute to initiatives to improve ways of working to increase efficiencies within our team and to enhance end user satisfaction
• Ensures consistent execution of the process across the organization
• Define and implement the impact on the processes due to the migration from the old tooling landscape towards the new one (ServiceNow)

What will make you successful:

• University degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent proved experience
• 5 -10 years of relevant experience in a comparable technical environment
• Experience in Asset management (HAM, SAM, CM certification is plus)
• Strong knowledge about the processes frameworks and definition
• Knowledge with ServiceNow , Atlassian tools ( Confluence, JIRA , etc) and Office tools
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Eagerness to learn on continuous basis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Capability and interest in data collection, analysis and formalization of the results
• Autonomous, driven, with strong ability to quickly adapt and respond to change
• Open-minded, solutions oriented, and a true team player - gaining energy through collaboration with others
• Strong believe in SWIFT values (one accountable team, customer oriented, open-minded and curious)
