Job Description

Support the implementation of IT and automation projects, including gathering functional requirements, preparing technical documentation, and providing system training to users. Perform installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of both software and hardware systems within the factory environment. Support machine integration and recipe management system (RMS), including troubleshooting communication between machines and IT systems. Assist in system enhancements using C# or other tools as needed; perform testing such as functional, integration, and regression testing. Provide daily user support including on-site troubleshooting, user guidance, and follow-up on system-related issues or requests. Document system configurations, support procedures, user manuals, and testing records to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and audit compliance. Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, IT), and vendors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and smooth system operation.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. 1-3 years of working experience in IT support, system integration, or automation within a manufacturing environment. Solid IT fundamentals, with familiarity in Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Experience in at least one programming language (preferably C#, Java, or VB.NET), and basic understanding of system architecture. Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ability to understand user requirements. Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred and an added advantage.
