Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
End?User Support

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support users onsite and remotely via ticketing systems, email, and collaboration tools.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding IT activities for employees.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows & Linux systems.
• Assist with VPN, Wi?Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting. Support Back end core team.
• Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, accessories).
• Coordinate procurement, replacement, and lifecycle management of end?user devices.
• Ensure compliance with asset tracking and audit requirements.
• Ensure endpoint security standards (antivirus, patches, encryption).
• Follow IT security policies and support audit/compliance activities.
• Report and assist in resolving security incidents related to end?user systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement of IT support processes.

Work Experience
Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Linux
• Experience with Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi?Fi, VPN)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools.
• Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets
• Good documentation skills
• Willingness to support users in different time zones if required
