Benefits Summary:
->This is a full time permanent position
->Basic Salary RM2,500 - RM5,000 + Commission
->Medical Insurance, Medical leaves, MC Claims, Annual Leaves, Monthly Allowances, and etc.
->5.25 working days, Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, Alternate Saturday: 9am-1pm
->Working Location: Shah Alam

Our client, a reputable precision and machining parts manufacturer was established in year 2005 and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently expanding their sales team and hence, searching for more Sales and Marketing Executives to join their big family.

Responsibilities:
->Looking for potential new customers and serve existing customers
->Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how company’s specific products and services could meet those needs
->Help customers choose products based on their needs, product specifications and regulations
->Answer customers’ enquiry about price, availability and product usage
->Negotiate prices, sales terms and service agreements with customers
->Prepare and submit sales orders for processing
->Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the purchase and answer any questions or concerns
->Work closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
->Achieving and maintaining sales targets as assigned by management

Additional Information:
->At least 0.5-3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing field is required
->Willing to learn and passionate in doing sales
->Self-motivated and target driven
->Possess good teamwork and communication skills
->Preferably female candidate due to majority of the staffs in sales department are female
->Able to read and write in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
