Requirements:
Min SPM or Diploma
at least 1 year experience in related filed
Computer literate
Responsibilities:
Monitor Attendance records and partialy on payroll
Handling Foreign Workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance, etc
Handling maintenance of Office supplies, equipment, building, etc
Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services
Stationary, uniform, safety shoes purchases and stock control
Provide administration support to the day to day operations of HR & Adm Dept
Employee welfare arrangement (annual dinner event & occasional, etc)
Any related tasks assigned by superior
