Admin & Operations Executive KL
JOB SUMMARY
As an Admin and Operations Executive you will be responsible for working closely with various departments. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to IT products, services, or software solutions. The role involves providing excellent customer service through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) and ensuring that customer concerns are resolved efficiently, accurately, and in a professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IT Administration of accounts and License Provisioning of various MSP Platforms
2. Customer Service of Maintenance customers, including attending support call, ticket creation, ticket assignment, service request handling
3. Support for MSP Customer
4. Handle resource scheduling
5. Handle RMA
6. Monitoring system onboarding
7. Monthly / Quarterly / On demand Reporting
8. Handle Contract Generation Requests, Contract Validation, Endorsement, and Delivery
9. Contract Renewal Status Monitoring
