Job Description

This well established international school in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary SENCO/Curriculum Support Leader to join them in January 2023. Specifically for Curriculum Support, this role is to manage and lead a team of three other Malaysian teachers. This means bringing ideas for helping students with specific learning needs to the team and looking for different methods to help these students progress. This person should also have the experience to generally assess students, as the school has limited access to external experts in Malaysia. A person who has experience in a SENCO role in a school, should fit in very well. The school uses the National Curriculum for England and candidates must possess a degree and teaching qualification and at least 3 years teaching experience with the UK curriculum.
