• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

• Conduct thorough research to compile travel/ tour details (e.g., hotels, meals, guides,and other services) based on the sales information received
• Prepare and create competitive tour quotations for sales teams operating in Japan and Southeast Asia markets
• Effectively communicate with and support sales team in Japan and Southeast Asia to understand client needs
• Manage inquiries from the sales department regarding travel arrangements and tour policies promptly and professionally
• Serve as a focal point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring courteous and efficient service
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
