Kelayakan
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese cuisine (restaurant or hotel background preferred).
  • Knowledge of sushi, sashimi, and hot Japanese dishes.
  • Passionate about food presentation and innovation.
  • Team player with attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Zero wastage
  • Dependability n reliability
  • Making sure follow SOP of portions n timing of food delivery or served
Tanggungjawab
  • Prepare and present authentic Japanese dishes (e.g. sushi, sashimi, donburi, tempura).
  • Develop seasonal menus and ensure food consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff and train junior chefs when needed.
  • Monitor stock and ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
