Making sure follow SOP of portions n timing of food delivery or served
Tanggungjawab
Prepare and present authentic Japanese dishes (e.g. sushi, sashimi, donburi, tempura).
Develop seasonal menus and ensure food consistency and quality.
Manage kitchen staff and train junior chefs when needed.
Monitor stock and ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
