Position: Japanese / Korean Speaking RTR Specialist (Record to report) Company Background: Multinational Shared Services Center Tenure: Permanent Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia Remuneration: RM5,200-8,000 + Yearly Bonuses Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Japanese/Korean Speaking RTR Specialist to join the esteemed Multinational Shared Services Center. In this role, you will be a key player in managing end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and leveraging your proficiency in the Japanese language. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) accounts scope, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Maintain meticulous accounting records, including the accurate data entry of day-to-day business transactions. Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts, conduct analytical reviews, and perform trend analysis to support informed decision-making. Generate accounting documents and monthly schedules to facilitate comprehensive financial reporting. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset, and intercompany accounts, including bank reconciliations. Prepare and reconcile other balance sheet accounts, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience for RTR analyst / General Leger & reporting Analyst or accounts executive. Fresh grads are welcome. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus. Proven experience in RTR functions with a focus on general ledger and month-end close activities.
