Strong understanding of security incident management, malware management and vulnerability management processes.Modern Workplace \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge in software and hardware troubleshooting. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions.ITO\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of the following technologies such as Wintel, UNIX, Virtualization, Cloud.Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) in Japanese language (at least certified with JLPT Level 1/N1, Level2/N2 or Level 3/N3).
• Good level of communication in English.
