Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Japanese and English. Troubleshoot technical issues with accounts, orders, or payments and guide customers through resolutions.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in Japanese promptly and professionally.
Social Media Strategy Support: Assist in crafting posts, campaigns, and responses tailored to Japanese audiences. Help increase brand awareness through active engagement.
