Deal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities. Follow up with agents/ developers to generate new business and negotiate investment proposal/ requirement.
Keep trustful relationship with agents/ developers through proactive follow-up actions and supports in order to obtain on-going strong source of land supply and market information.
Undertake feasibility studies to make recommendation for joint venture.
Consistently conduct market survey for new project to identify market opportunities, market risk and competitive advantages,
Support superior to produce presentations, reports and proposals with wellsupported insights and recommendations to our company.
Monitor construction progress timeline, cash flow, and marketing activities of existing project.
Perform daily administrative works which include handling the attending guests, top management staff (book and arrange travel, transport and manage schedule), filing documents/ invoice, and update database.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Able to Speak, Write and read in Japanese, English and Malay
Minimum 3 years experience within property, real estate, investment, Facility management
