Japanese Speaking Concierge Supervisor@ Service Suite located at the heart of KL City Center\xe3\x83\xbbReceive visitors at the front desk by greeting welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately\xe3\x83\xbbAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone calls\xe3\x83\xbbRespond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times through appropriate registration\xe3\x83\xbbAssit on booking of on site facilities (ie function room, meeting room)\xe3\x83\xbbReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries\xe3\x83\xbbProvide directions for parks, restaurants, airports etc\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manners during shift\xe3\x83\xbbFollow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures\xe3\x83\xbbPerform other ad hoc tasks as and when required\xe3\x83\xbbReports to Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the front Desk/Concierge department

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 Speak & write fluently in Japanese\xe2\x9c\x93 Native Japanese / Malaysian who can speak Japanese - we are fine with either\xe2\x9c\x93 Budget RM 7,500.00\xe2\x9c\x93 Prefer Graduate - Hospitality / Tourism\xe2\x9c\x93 least 2 years in any Customer Service Industry\xe2\x9c\x93 High level of communication skill and customer service skill\xe2\x9c\x93 Condominium management (Luxury Service Apartment) or Hotel experience
