Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage permanent placements for the customers, especially Japanese based companies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform job fulfillment for customers in various methods, e.g. headhunting, referrals, database, roadshow, advertisement etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide excellent customer service to our customers by delivering quality candidates with fast delivery time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Doing market research to understand about the customer industry and requirements in order to fulfill the recruitment needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct screening and interviewing the candidates in professional manner and send their profile to the customers in systematic manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the current customer and do business development to increase our customer database ( an added advantage if the consultant is able to do ). \xe2\x80\xa2 To meet sales target given for recruitment services given. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training and assist team members in achieving the goals and objectives. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field of studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1 year in the a recruitment firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate well to both customers and candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communications skills in English language. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in Japanese and MUST be able to communicate in Keigo (for business use). \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
